Nervous System Educator & Mind-Body Coach

My work brings together neuroscience, nervous system education, body-based practices and behaviour change to help people better understand themselves and create lasting change.

Over the past several years, I've worked with hundreds of individuals through workshops, group programs, private sessions and corporate trainings, helping people build practical skills for navigating stress, emotional wellbeing and everyday life.
