I help people break free from anxiety, stress, chronic pain by working with the nervous system.


My approach blends science and somatics - using breathwork, movement, mindfulness and meditation to help you feel safe, grounded and resilient.

My Journey

For years, I lived with chronic pain, migraines and tension headaches. I tried everything - pushing through, ignoring my body, chasing quick fixes but nothing brought lasting relief.
It wasn’t until I discovered nervous system regulation and somatic healing that things began to shift.

I learned that my pain and anxiety weren’t random or “all in my head.” They were signs of a dysregulated nervous system.
By working with my body - through mindful movement, breathwork and nervous system practices - I found freedom from the constant tension and discovered a deeper sense of calm and safety.

Today, I help others do the same: release stored stress, rewire old patterns and reconnect to their own inner steadiness.

  • Chronic Pain Support – addressing the mind-body connection behind chronic pains and illnesses.

Through 1:1 coaching, group programs and self-paced courses, I guide you to release tension, regulate your nervous system and build lasting resilience.
