Hi, my name is Karolina. For years, I struggled with anxiety, chronic pain, and the overwhelming weight of stress. I felt stuck—disconnected from my body, constantly on edge, and searching for relief. My healing journey led me to explore breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing—techniques that not only transformed my life but became my passion.

Now, as a certified instructor and mind-body coach, I help others find the same relief, balance, and resilience. My approach blends science with mindfulness, offering practical tools to regulate stress, release tension and reconnect with a sense of calm.
