Week 1 - Understanding Your Nervous System (31 May: 11:30-12:30)

Learn how the nervous system responds to stress and how to shift from survival mode into safety. We introduce vagus nerve practices, breathwork and somatic awareness tools.


Week 2 - Limiting Beliefs & Nervous System Reprogramming (7 June: 11:30-12:30)

Explore how subconscious beliefs influence your nervous system. Through reflection and somatic practices, you’ll begin shifting old patterns and reinforcing safety.


Week 3 - Emotional Regulation & Triggers (21 June: 11:30-12:30)

Learn how emotional triggers activate the nervous system and how to pause, regulate and respond differently before stress escalates.


Week 4 - Stress Stored in the Body (28 June: 11:30-12:30)

Understand how stress and trauma can live in the body and learn gentle somatic techniques and myofascial techniques to release tension and complete the stress response cycle.

A 2-hour nervous system and bodywork workshop combining somatic practices, fascia release and introductory Thai healing techniques.

This workshop is designed to help the body soften out of stress patterns through movement, breath, conscious touch and nervous system regulation.

Together we explore how tension, stress and emotions can become held physically in the body and how safe touch, pressure and assisted movement can help create more softness, mobility and regulation.

Thai healing massage works with the body through slow rhythmic pressure, stretching and grounding touch. This style of bodywork can help calm the nervous system while also supporting fascia release and body awareness.

Dani is originally from Venezuela and has spent the last years traveling and studying practices connected to the body, fascia, healing and the nervous system throughout India, Thailand and Sri Lanka.

She trained in Thai massage in Thailand with highly respected teachers in the field and brings a grounded, intuitive and calming approach to bodywork.

She is only visiting Copenhagen for one weekend, making this a special opportunity to experience her work and teachings in person.

What Is Reiki Energy Healing Circle?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports the body in releasing stress, emotional blocks, and stagnant energy - restoring a sense of balance, clarity, and deep calm.

You arrive, you lie down, and you let go. In this collective healing experience, you'll be guided into a gentle breathwork practice to help you land in your body and settle onto your mat.

From there, the healing begins - and you don't have to do a thing.

You'll lie in a circle together, eye pillow on, wrapped in your own blanket, as the room is cleansed with incense, crystals are placed, and singing bowls fill the space with sound. The lights go low. The music holds you.

What makes a group healing unique is that everyone's energy connects - amplifying what's available to each person individually. You are not alone in the room. Spirit guides and benevolent beings are invited in to support the healing, meaning that even when Monica isn't physically beside you, you are held and supported.

Monica works intuitively, moving through the circle and spending time where she senses it's most needed - where the body is holding tension, old patterns, or things that are ready to be released. Nothing opens that you're not ready for.
