This 4-week program is designed to help you gently shift out of chronic stress and back into safety, regulation and connection with your body.
Through a combination of science, somatic practices, breathwork and nervous system education, you will learn practical tools to regulate stress and build emotional resilience in everyday life.

Week 2 - Beliefs & Reprogramming Patterns
Explore how subconscious beliefs influence your nervous system. Through reflection and somatic practices, you’ll begin shifting old patterns and reinforcing safety.

Week 3 - Emotional Regulation & Triggers
Learn how emotional triggers activate the nervous system and how to pause, regulate and respond differently before stress escalates.

Elisabeth
Elisabeth is a down-to-earth, certified yoga teacher who blends yoga and somatics to create movement experiences for every body. In her space, it’s not about how your practice looks, but how it feels. She creates an environment of agency where you’re invited to breathe, move, rest, laugh, feel, and reconnect with yourself.
Kat
Tension relief massage practitioner focused on supporting the body where it needs it most. Through targeted, hands-on techniques, she helps reduce headaches, migraines, and chronic muscle tension - especially the kind that builds up from desk work and everyday stress.
Marta

Together, these practices create a grouding experience for both body and mind.

The Soma Flow Method by Karo
This class is built around a simple principle:
Your nervous system learns through experience.
During the session we intentionally move through waves of activation and regulation, helping the body practice moving between different states.
