In-person in Copenhagen - OneThirtyLabs (Palægade 2, st, 1261, 1261 København)

Understand your nervous system. Recognise your stress patterns. Learn to regulate. Create new responses.

Do you often feel overwhelmed, anxious, constantly "on," stuck in your head or unable to truly switch off?

Maybe you find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, pushing through exhaustion, reacting emotionally or feeling disconnected from your body.

These responses can become automatic over time. But through awareness, nervous system regulation and new experiences, we can begin developing different ways of responding.

The 4-Week Nervous System Reset is an interactive, in-person mind-body coaching program designed to help you understand how your nervous system responds to stress, recognise your own patterns and learn practical tools to start changing them.

Through nervous system education, somatic practices, breathwork, mindful movement, reflection and myofascial release, you'll explore the connection between your mind and body and discover how to work with your nervous system in everyday life.

Each session combines education, guided practices and opportunities to reflect, ask questions and explore what works for you.

No previous experience is needed.

THIS PROGRAM MAY BE FOR YOU IF...

You:

  • Often feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or constantly on edge

  • Find it difficult to relax, slow down or switch off

  • Spend a lot of time overthinking or worrying

  • Notice yourself people-pleasing, avoiding conflict or pushing through exhaustion

  • Experience physical tension when stressed

  • Sometimes feel frozen, shut down or low in energy

  • Feel disconnected from your body or struggle to recognise its signals

  • Experience chronic pain, such as migraines, TMJ or back pain, and want to explore supportive mind-body practices

  • Recognise that you're stressed but struggle to know what to do in the moment

  • Want to understand your automatic responses and develop more flexibility in how you react

The goal is to help you better understand your nervous system, recognise your patterns and develop practical skills to respond to stress with greater awareness, flexibility and choice.

WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE

Over four weeks, we'll explore how your nervous system responds to stress, how beliefs and experiences can shape automatic patterns, and how to begin changing those responses through practical mind-body exercises.

Each week builds on the previous one, combining education with guided practices you can continue using between sessions.

WEEK 1 - UNDERSTANDING YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM

Why does my body react this way?

Get to know your nervous system and understand what happens in your body during stress, why certain situations may trigger automatic survival responses, and how to recognise different nervous system states.

Through grounding, body awareness, gentle movement and breathwork, you'll begin exploring ways to support regulation and reconnect with your body.

WEEK 2 - BELIEFS & REPROGRAMMING STRESS PATTERNS

Why do I keep repeating the same reactions?

Explore how learned beliefs, past experiences and automatic responses can influence the way you think, feel and react to stress.

We'll look at common patterns such as overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, avoidance and pushing through.

Through reflection, mindful movement and somatic practices, you'll begin identifying your personal patterns and practising new responses.

Discover how neuroplasticity and repeated experiences can support changes in habitual stress responses over time.

WEEK 3 - EMOTIONAL REGULATION & RESILIENCE

How can I respond differently when I'm triggered?

Learn how emotional triggers influence your nervous system and why certain reactions can feel difficult to control in the moment.

Explore practical ways to recognise early signs of activation or shutdown, regulate your nervous system and create more space between a trigger and your response.

Through guided breathwork, somatic movement and regulation exercises, you'll experiment with different tools and discover what supports your body in different states.

WEEK 4 - WORKING WITH STRESS THROUGH THE BODY

How can I release tension and support recovery?

Explore how prolonged stress can contribute to physical tension, discomfort and habitual patterns of holding in the body.

Through guided myofascial release, somatic movement, breathwork and relaxation, you'll experience practical ways to ease tension and support recovery after stress.

We'll also bring together everything you've learned throughout the program, helping you identify which practices work best for you and how to continue using them in everyday life.
