These weekly group sessions are for anyone looking to build a deeper sense of calm, resilience and self-awareness through body-based practices and nervous system education. Each class blends nervous system education with somatic, breath and mindfulness practices that help you move from tension to trust, from chaos to calm. You’ll learn to understand your body’s signals, regulate your stress response and build a deeper sense of resilience - one week at a time.
