Week 2:  Awaken the Witness Within
Build non-judgmental awareness so you can observe your thoughts, emotions and sensations without becoming them.

Week 3: Build Nervous System Flexibility and Resilience
Discover simple breathing and movement tools to help your nervous system stay calm and bounce back when life gets stressful.

Week 4: Stress, Trauma & Somatic Patterns
Explore how stress and trauma show up in your body. Learn gentle ways to release tension and create space for healing.

Week 5: Body and Brain Integration
Learn how your body and mind communicate. Practice tools that help you feel more balanced, connected and whole.

Week 6: Self-Compassion and Unmet Needs
Shift from self-criticism to kindness. Understand how your needs shape your feelings and patterns and learn to nurture yourself gently.

Week 7: Belonging, Community & Blocking Beliefs
See how beliefs about yourself and your relationships affect your nervous system.

Week 8: Stillness & Neuroplasticity
Experience stillness as a source of strength and safety. Learn how to use what you’ve practiced to create lasting change.
