Here, you’ll learn to recognise the patterns, triggers and physical signals that keep you stuck in stress, anxiety or chronic pain.
Align – Work with the Body
Next, we align body and mind by working directly with where stress lives: in the body.
Through somatic practices, breathwork and gentle movement, we release stored tension and soften chronic pain while teaching your system new pathways to calm.
Rewire – Shift the Mind
When the body feels safe, the mind is ready to change.
In this stage, we rewire old beliefs and survival responses - helping you break free from overthinking, people-pleasing and stress cycles so your nervous system learns a new baseline of regulation.
Thryve – Integrate & Expand
One month later, we meet for a 45-minute follow-up to integrate your tools and celebrate the progress you’ve made.
