This week is about understanding how your nervous system responds to stress and beginning to shift your body out of survival mode.

Now, begin to notice your patterns:
What people, places, or situations tend to bring up feelings of fear, panic, or overwhelm?
Before we move deeper into this work, it’s important to build a foundation of safety.
Over the next few weeks, you’ll learn practices that help your body feel more regulated and supported from within. But safety doesn’t only come from inside - it can also come from what’s around you.
So take a moment to bring to mind:
a person, place, memory, or even an object or sensation something real or imagined that helps you feel safe, calm, or supported
