Move & Regulate is a music-guided class designed to help your nervous system practice exactly that.

Through cycles of movement, activation, slowing down and regulation, we train the body to shift between energy and rest in a safe and controlled way.

The Soma Flow Method by Karo

This class is built around a simple principle:

Your nervous system learns through experience.

During the session we intentionally move through waves of activation and regulation, helping the body practice moving between different states.

Each wave includes:

Activate
Dynamic movement and faster music that gently raise the heart rate and energize the body.

Regulate
Slower practices that guide the nervous system back into calm.

Integrate
Moments of stillness and awareness that allow the body to absorb the shift.

Over time this trains the nervous system to become more flexible and adaptable.

The session moves like a musical journey. Fast rhythms invite movement and energy. Then the tempo slows, allowing the body to soften and regulate.

Throughout the class we explore:

• dynamic movement and mobility
• pilates-inspired exercises
• somatic shaking and tension release
• breathwork for nervous system regulation
• slow stretching and grounding practices
• guided down-regulation

The music guides the entire experience - helping the body move naturally between states.
