7 June 2026

12:45-14:30

In-person in Copenhagen - Rocket Shala Yoga Studio (Thorshavnsgade 14, 2300 København S)

A 2-hour nervous system and bodywork workshop combining somatic practices, fascia release and introductory Thai healing techniques.

This workshop is designed to help the body soften out of stress patterns through movement, breath, conscious touch and nervous system regulation.

Together we explore how tension, stress and emotions can become held physically in the body and how safe touch, pressure and assisted movement can help create more softness, mobility and regulation.

Thai healing massage works with the body through slow rhythmic pressure, stretching and grounding touch. This style of bodywork can help calm the nervous system while also supporting fascia release and body awareness.

What Is Fascia And Why Does It Matter?

Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, organs and structures throughout the body.

Stress, overwhelm and chronic tension can influence how the body holds itself physically.

Many people experience:

• tight shoulders and neck
• jaw tension
• shallow breathing
• stiffness
• chronic muscle guarding
• difficulty relaxing

When the nervous system stays in protection for long periods of time, the body often stays braced as well.

Through movement, breathwork and bodywork, we can begin creating more softness and flexibility inside the body.
