    Transformative and embodied practice that blends bodyweight movement, cardio, yoga, pilates and ecstatic dance.

  • Break & Snack

  • Self-Massage & Fascia Release - with Kat & Karo
    Practical tools to release tension in the jaw, neck, shoulders and body using hands-on techniques and fascia balls.

  • Restore Release Flow - with Marta
    A soft, restorative flow blending yoga, Pilates, and deep stretching to lengthen, release, and reset the body.

  • Nervous System Reset - with Karo
    Somatic practices to slow down, regulate and create a sense of internal safety.

  • Social Time
    Stay after, connect, and ease back into the day.

Elisabeth

Elisabeth is a down-to-earth, certified yoga teacher who blends yoga and somatics to create movement experiences for every body. In her space, it’s not about how your practice looks, but how it feels. She creates an environment of agency where you’re invited to breathe, move, rest, laugh, feel, and reconnect with yourself.

Kat

Tension relief massage practitioner focused on supporting the body where it needs it most. Through targeted, hands-on techniques, she helps reduce headaches, migraines, and chronic muscle tension - especially the kind that builds up from desk work and everyday stress.

Marta

Pilates and yoga teacher from Yo Studios & SATS. Marta combines strength, mobility, and mindful movement to help you build a body that feels both supported and strong - bringing awareness, control, and ease into the way you move.
