In this class, we’ll focus on building your capacity to be with your body as it is, not trying to “fix” but to support healing by gently completing stuck stress cycles and releasing chronic tension.

Breathwork – Deep, intentional breathing to calm the nervous system
Somatic Movement – Gentle exercises to release stored tension
Mindfulness & Meditation – Practices to center and ground yourself
Practical Techniques – Strategies you can use in daily life to manage stress and anxiety

Why your body holds onto stress or trauma long after the event is over
How to build safety and awareness so your nervous system can naturally unwind
Techniques to track and work with sensations instead of pushing them away
Simple somatic exercises to help you move through stuck patterns gently and effectively
