somatic movement & therapeutic yoga
Gentle movement, therapeutic shaking, vagus nerve stimulation, fascia release and intuitive stretching designed to release tension and stress, while supporting those with anxiety, chronic pain and emotional blocks. These practices enhance body awareness, calm the nervous system and promote healing, balance and resilience.
Breath is a powerful tool for shifting our state. I incorporate different breathing techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, fostering deep relaxation and calming the mind.
