Gentle movement, therapeutic shaking and intuitive stretching designed to release tension and stress, while supporting those with anxiety, chronic pain and emotional blocks. These practices enhance body awareness, calm the nervous system and promote healing, balance and resilience.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) combine acupressure with affirmations, helping to release emotional blockages, reduce stress and regulate the nervous system.

Breath is a powerful tool for shifting our state. I incorporate different breathing techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, fostering deep relaxation and calming the mind.

About Me

Hi, my name is Karolina. For years, I struggled with anxiety, chronic pain and the overwhelming weight of stress. I felt stuck, disconnected from my body, constantly on edge and searching for relief. My healing journey led me to explore breathwork, mindfulness and somatic movement - techniques that not only transformed my life but became my passion.

Now as a certified instructor and I help others find the same relief, balance and resilience. My approach blends science with mindfulness, offering practical tools to regulate stress, release tension and reconnect with a sense of calm.
