Recognise – Safety First
The first step is noticing what’s really happening inside you.
We begin by creating a felt sense of safety so your nervous system can settle.
Here, you’ll learn to recognise the patterns, triggers and physical signals that keep you stuck in stress, anxiety or chronic pain and in the same time stopping the cycle of stress and overwhelm that trigger your symptoms.
Rewire – Shift the Mind
When the body feels safe, the mind is ready to change. Your subconcious beliefs are reinforcing patters that keep your body from fully healing.
In this stage, we use the science of neuroplasticity to rewire old beliefs and survival responses - helping you break free from overthinking, people-pleasing and stress cycles so your nervous system learns a new baseline of regulation.
Align – Work with the Body
Next, we align body and mind by working directly with where stress lives: in the body.
Through somatic practices, breathwork and gentle movement, we release stored tension and soften chronic pain while teaching your system new pathways to calm. These embodied practices reinforce the neural rewiring process, helping the changes become long-lasting.
Thryve – Integrate & Expand
Two weeks after your sessions, we meet again for a 45-minute check-in to support your integration. This is your space to reflect on progress, refine practices and deepen what’s working. Together, we strengthen your tools for calm and create simple ways to weave them into everyday life - so your nervous system learns regulation that lasts.
