Movement and mental clarity go hand in hand.
In this class, Marta (Pilates teacher - Yo studios, SATS) leads an hour of Pilates to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness, followed by an hour of nervous system regulation to release tension, reduce stress, and restore balance with Karo. Together, these practices create a grouding experience for both body and mind.
