These weekly group sessions are for anyone looking to build a deeper sense of calm, resilience and self-awareness through body-based practices and nervous system education. Each class blends nervous system education with somatic, breath and mindfulness practices that help you move from tension to trust, from chaos to calm. You’ll learn to understand your body’s signals, regulate your stress response and build a deeper sense of resilience - one week at a time.

Week 1: Safety First
Get to know your nervous system and understand why it sometimes feels out of control.
Learn how small, intentional choices in breath and movement can help you feel grounded, safe and back in charge of your body.

Week 2: Shift Your Mind
Develop awareness of your thoughts, emotions and body responses.
Begin reprogramming old patterns through self-compassion, mindful movement and gentle reflection to create new pathways of calm and clarity.

Week 3: Build Flexibility & Resilience
Discover simple yet powerful breath and movement tools that help your nervous system stay steady and bounce back after stress. Learn to recognize emotional triggers and return to balance with greater ease.

Week 4: Work with the Body
Explore how stress and past experiences live in the body. Through somatic practices, learn to release held tension, restore a sense of flow and create space for deeper healing and self-connection.
